Description
This charming 200 sqm country house, built in the traditional Piedmonts style, spans two floors and seamlessly blends rustic elegance with modern comfort.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with modern conveniences and rustic wooden furniture decorated by traditional tools; a cozy living room, and a library room with a sofa and television—perfect for both relaxation and remote work. A full bathroom is also available. Throughout the house, you’ll admire the exposed stone walls and graceful arched doorways, wooden-beamed ceiling and terracotta flooring which add character and warmth.
Each room features a fireplace, enhancing the home’s inviting atmosphere. Multiple access points lead to the two private gardens, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The first floor boasts three spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for families or groups. A second full bathroom completes this level. The house is equipped with heating, ensuring comfort in all seasons.
Outside, the porch is undoubtedly the heart of the house, a peaceful retreat where time seems to slow down. Sheltered by sturdy chestnut wood columns and topped with an antique terracotta tile roof, this space invites both relaxation and conviviality.
A large solid wood table welcomes outdoor lunches and dinners, surrounded by the scent of blooming roses and the pleasure of a fine local wine. Nearby, a hammock stretched between two columns and comfortable loungers offer the perfect refuge for diving into a good book or simply letting yourself be lulled by the song of the cicadas.
At the back, a secluded garden unfolds like a quiet sanctuary, immersed in the scents and colors of the pine forest. With comfortable sun loungers, it’s the ideal spot to bask in the warmth of the sun on hot summer days.
